Tropical Storm Dean update: winds to 60 MPH

Tropical Storm Dean is now packing 60 MPH winds and heading towards St. Lucia and Martinique at 20 miles per hour.

Tropical Storm Dean roars towards eastern Caribbean

NOAA upgraded this storm from a Tropical Depression to a Tropical Storm and we now have a name: Dean. Dean will become our first hurricane of the 2007 hurricane season and is bearing down on the eastern Caribbean.
