(December 16) Simon Cowell takes a break from X Factor with a decadent Caribbean Christmas aboard a private yacht with his family and friends.

There is no better way to escape the stresses of the everyday than at sea.  Just ask Simon Cowell.

The television producer, music executive, entrepreneur and celebrity hired a yacht to sail the Caribbean over the Christmas holiday.  Accompanying Cowell are his former girlfriends, Sinitta and Jackie St Clair, as well as his 84-year-old mother, Julie.

Of the trip, Sinitta says, “I’m going to join him in Antigua.  The best thing is that he has his own chef as he can’t cook.”
